o Our customers contact us directly, either filling out one of our customer enquiry forms or through a third party vendor site. We use this information to start a line of dialogue where we are able to meet the demands of our customers and provide a service. This information is also used to form hire agreements and generate invoices, creating a legal obligation between ourselves and our customers.

How long we keep information
We collect your information when you opt to contact us, either through email and our website or when you request a venue hire platform to pass on your information.

We hold digital copies of our target audience’s information and both digital and hard copies of our customer’s information.
Digital information is deleted every 6 months, we use deletion software to ensure this information is not stored in the background of our electrical devices or in cloud software.
Hard copies of information are destroyed every month. Files are stored and categorized by date, at the end of each month the files which are older than 1 month are shredded before being disposed of.
