Yes, children are welcome to attend private events when accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
Do you provide AV equipment?
Yes, Box Hub is equipped with professional AV facilities, including sound systems, microphones, and large LED screens suitable for presentations, branding, speeches, and live entertainment setups. Our team can also assist with coordinating any additional technical requirements for your event.
Do you offer drinks packages?
Yes we offer a selection of standard drinks packages, with bespoke options also available to suit the style and requirements of your event.
When can clients access the venue for setup?
Clients are typically granted access to the venue up to three hours prior to the event start time to allow for setup and preparation. (this can be flexible)
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, we have our own on site car park available on a first come, first served basis, alongside additional on-street parking and a private car park located directly on our street for added convenience. The venues are also situated just a short walk from Glasgow Central Station, making them easily accessible for guests travelling by public transport.
